Using digital public affairs tactics to raise UK awareness of infant mortality

Wolfstar managed a public affairs campaign for WorldVision which ran 100% online.


At a glance

The campaign objective was to make the UK’s three main political parties request a meeting with WorldVision in order to address global concerns on infant mortality.

Blogger relations

Wolfstar secured editorial on 90% of targeted political blogs and arranged a web chat on The Independent website which received more than 60,000 unique visitors.

Digital tactics

The campaign was supported by banner advertising targeted on computers with specific IP addresses e.g. Conservative Central Office.

Result

Ultimately meetings were secured with all three major political parties within 24 hours.
