Word of Mouth Marketing and Communications Word of mouth is defined as “the act of consumers providing information to other consumers”. Word of mouth marketing gives the consumers a reason to talk about a company’s products and services, and then encourages the conversation to take place.

Word of mouth marketing is the practice of creating active, mutually beneficial consumer-to-consumer and consumer-to-marketer communications.

We are a founder member of WOM-UK, which is an independent not for profit, member-owned trade association that provides its members with ethical operating guidelines in this new and developing industry.

All of the marketing techniques used in this practise are based on the concepts of customer satisfaction, multiple-way dialog, and totally transparent communications.
