Wolfstar founder and current managing director, Tim Sinclair, has been named the chairman of Yorkshire and Lincolnshire PRCA.
“It’s time for the consultancies in the North of England to punch their weight and if I can help in this process then it will be a year well spent,” said Sinclair.
As chairman, Sinclair will represent all PRCA registered consultancies within the Yorkshire and Lincolnshire area.
Founded in 1969, the PRCA is the professional organisation representing UK public relations agencies, freelancers and individuals. The organisation aims to set the standards for modern public relations, provide research and insight on current today’s PR practices, and create networking opportunities for those within the industry.
Sinclair has more than 25 years experience in public relations. In 1986, he founded the highly successful Leeds-based agency Sinclair Mason, which was acquired by Huntsworth plc in 2005.He launched the Word of Mouth Marketing Association UK the next year and in 2007, he founded Wolfstar as the UK’s first public relations consultancies, specialising in social media and word of mouth marketing.
