Wolfstar is the UK’s first public relations company to specialise in online and social media. Established in 2007, we are independently owned with offices in Leeds and London and have won numerous industry awards for our work. Our approach is based on four simple principles.
1. Technical ability / digital savvy is no substitute for traditional PR skills and attributes. Creativity and the ability to build a convincing brand narrative are absolutely fundamental to what we do.
2. There is no excuse for ill-informed PR. With the wide spread availability of data and information though web analytics and social media it is feasible, even on the tightest of budgets, to ensure that every PR campaign is based on a sound foundation of evidence.
3. PR should change behaviours. As the digital and social space matures, the opportunities for PR to reach, engage and influence people increase exponentially, both in number and in power. There should be no hiding place for PR companies that do not make the most of the digital environment, they are failing their clients.
4. PR and social media can and should be measured, it should make an impact on a client’s business and it should be clear to the client what that impact is. Wolfstar has worked hard on creating a suite of measurement technologies that allow us to deliver on this promise.
