Brand guidelines required to act as a ‘bible’ for all campaign creative assets, illustration, content and key messaging.

  • The creation of illustrative, design and content assets applied to a wide variety of marketing and comms material which were rolled out across the UK and contributed to the success of the campaign
  • Assets included official collector’s folder, exclusive microsite, animated video, gifs, infographics, print and digital advertising, packaging, app design and social media content
  • Stand out POS items for The Royal Mint and Post Office
  • Animated video received almost 40,000 views on YouTube with clips of the animation being shown on ITV lunchtime news
  • Graphics used across a variety of media including national online and print coverage, ITV and BBC primetime news and on The One Show:


  • Each design element had to bring the campaign to life and share key messaging, whilst remaining consistent to The Royal Mint brand and all it stands for
  • Careful development of the campaign logo, lock-up and style guidelines ensured the brand identity conveyed the Great British nature of the campaign
  • Ensured all creative elements reflected The Royal Mint brand while being versatile enough to work with the Quintessentially British A to Z launch and all future Great British Coin Hunt campaigns
  • A further extension to the outreach campaign and the design, scripting and production of an animated video:
